Man convicted of taking pics of kids in park bathroom pleads guilty to trying to do the same at the mall

A 28-year-old Janesville man who was convicted of taking pictures and videos of young girls in the bathroom near a popular Janesville wading pool pleads guilty to trying to do the same thing again at the Janesville Mall.
Joshua Miller plead guilty Tuesday to a single count of attempting to capture an intimate representation of a victim less than 18 years old without consent and in exchange a charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
He was arrested in June after Janesville Police released blurry surveillance footage of a suspect who had attempted to photograph a girl in a bathroom stall at the Janesville Mall.
In 2016 Miller was sentenced four months in jail and four years of probation after pleading guilty to two counts of capturing an image of nudity without consent stemming from an incident in Palmer Park.
Miller faces up to three years in prison and a $5000 fine at sentencing on January 3rd at 10:00 a.m.
