Cold and snow predicted for Halloween

With less than ideal weather for Halloween, some parents may be considering alternative Trick-or-Treat plans. Huntington Place Community Relations Director Aaron Thomas suggests a visit to the senior living facility in Janesville. He says it’s good for both the kids and residents. No matter what the plan, local law enforcement is urging caution. Police remind Trick-or-Treaters to be highly visible, stay in groups with adult supervision, and only visit homes with lit front porch lights. Trick-or-Treat hours for communities in Rock County run from 5:00 p.m. til 7:00 p.m., except for Milton and Janesville holding hours from 5:30 p.m. til 7:30 p.m.
