Halloween not cancelled

Halloween doesn’t take a snow day. At least not in Janesville and Beloit.
While some southeast Wisconsin communities have postponed trick-or-treating until Friday because of the snow and cold, officials in Rock County’s two largest cities say the show will go on.
In Janesville trick-or-treating runs from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m. and in Beloit it goes from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.
With the inclement weather, the Janesville Mall is also offering indoor trick or treating at a few dozen stores between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.
