A local high school teacher will be working with NASA and the California Institute of Technology on a prestigious project. Earth Science Teacher at Parker High School in Janesville, Neal Boys will be partnering with other high school educators on astronomical research. The team Boys will be working with, will use the vast amounts of data stored at NASA’s Infrared Processing and Analysis Center. The project could be anything from studying the brightness versus age of giant stars to researching the life cycle of stars. Team members are encouraged to involved their students with the research. The project begins in January.
