A young man from Beloit faces charges in Rock County Court after being accused of fleeing a traffic stop.
19-year-old Micha J. Hoffman is charged with attempting to flee or elude an officer following an incident on December 29th that started in Beloit and moved into Illinois.
According to the criminal complaint officers attempted to stop Hoffman on Riverside Drive near Henry Avenue in Beloit and he fled from Beloit and Rockford Police.
Hoffman is due back in court January 15th.
