The YWCA of Rock and Walworth County will be able to keep the heat on this winter thanks to a major donation from New Glarus Brewing Company.
The $33,000 donation will help cover the cost of the replacement of the YWCA’s boilers, which recently failed.
Moore says within a few hours of putting out the call for donations, New Glarus Brewing Company stepped up an offered to fund the entire cost of one of the boilers and a portion of the cost of the second one.
