The City of Beloit has a cure for the winter blues.
Director of Strategic Communications Sarah Millard says Winterfest runs January 24th through the 26th.
Free events include a luminary riverside walk on Friday, crafts and fun at the Beloit Public Library on Saturday, and sleigh rides and hot cocoa at Big Hill Park on Sunday.
