A 39-year-old Janesville man is arrested for drunken driving for the 7th time.
Janesville Police say just before 2:30 Friday morning an office stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of Harding Street after observing the driver fail to stop for a flashing red light at the intersection of Centerway and North Parker Drive.
According to a news release, the officer who made contact with the driver, Herron Ladell, noticed sign of impairment and administered several field sobriety tests.
Herron was arrested for operating while intoxicated 7th offense and after refusing a blood draw, police obtained a warrant from a judge.
