Besides Tulips and Robins, a sure sign of spring is potholes and Janesville City Operations Supervisor Cameron Nash says the season freeze-thaw cycle is prompting them to pop up all over. Nash says public works fills anywhere from fewer than five-thousand to more than eleven-thousand pot holes a year. With so many potholes needing to be filled, the city is asking resident to report their location. Residents can either call the city services department or go on-line to the city website and use the “I want to” drop down menu and select “report pothole”.
