
The two-trillion dollar federal stimulus package may help slow the spread of the coronavirus in Rock County. U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin tells Your Talk Show on WCLO the $600 a week increase in unemployment checks may help more people stay home. The Democrat says people without paid medical leave, living pay check to pay check, might feel compelled to work, despite the risk of spreading the virus. Baldwin adds the measure is also hoped to help sustain an increasingly ailing economy.
