Rock County Economic Development Director James Otterstein is urging local businesses to respond to a state survey about the financial impact of COVID-19. Otterstein says the survey is to assess the current state of affairs including the impact on employees, customer base, and sales. He says the results of the survey will be used to develop, support, and refine COVID-19 public policy and programs. The survey is being developed by the Wisconsin Economic Development Association and Department of Workforce Development with the help of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. It should arrive electronically within about a week or so.
