Two people shot with bow and arrow

A 17-year-old Janesville boy is facing charges of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety after two people were shot by arrows. Janesville police were called to Mercy Hospital about 9:00 p.m. Sunday, where the victims reported the incident occurred near the 700 block of Walker Street. Officers say the suspect, Jordan S. Dooley-Winchel, fled to a residence in the 600 block of Eisenhower Avenue where police negotiated his surrender. He was also treated for minor injuries before being taken to the Rock County Jail. Authorities say the two victims do not have life threatening injuries.
