A 10-year-old Village of Walworth girl is found safe in Indiana with her father after being reported missing Sunday.
The Wisconsin Department of Justice issued an Amber Alert Monday night for Jocelyn Van Duyn, who was last seen at around 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.
According to a news release, Jocelyn was recovered by law enforcement in Hartsville, Indiana at about 8:30 Tuesday morning.
Jocelyn was found with her biological father, 33-year-old Jonathan J. Van Duyn. He was taken into custody without incident on an active warrant out of McHenry County Illinois.
