The 51-units proposed in the Monterey Hotel apartment conversion project will be a mix of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units.
Britten Langfoss with Graft Investments says the project would have some commercial space on the ground floor but it’s still up in the air as far as what it would entail.
Langfoss says construction will take place at the same time as the work on Milwaukee Street.
The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2022.
