An infant and teenager that went missing from Beloit are found safe in Chicago.
Beloit Police had said earlier that they just wanted to make sure 17-year-old Jason Schaffer and seven-month-old Sovereign Taylor were safe.
An update from Beloit Police Tuesday afternoon indicates that Schaffer took the baby from his mother’s home on the 700 block of Eighth Street.
The baby was reunited with it’s mother and police are continuing their investigation into child custody issues.
