
Typically, Wisconsin doesn’t play a significant role in the presidential primaries, but this year could be different according to UW-Whitewater’s Jonah Ralston. The Assistant Professor of Political Science tells Your Talk Show on WCLO every delegate will count, if front runner Donald Trump wants to have enough to force his party’s nomination. Ralston says without the minimum required number, some state’s could award their delegates to another candidate. He says the situation is not as close for Hillary Clinton, who has a seemingly insurmountable lead in delegates over Bernie Sanders.
