A 54-year-old Janesville man is under arrest for operating while intoxicated, 4th offense.
According to a news release, Janesville Police were dispatched to the report of a trespassing complaint on the 300 block of Cherry Street around 5:30 Friday afternoon.
Officers observed Brian Anderson drive up and park his vehicle at the location before approaching officers while displaying signs of impairment.
Anderson submitted to several field sobriety tests before being taken into custody for 4th offense OWI and possession of prescription drugs.
He was transported to the Rock County Jail pending an initial court appearance.
