The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is making the public aware of a of convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.
51-year-old Jeffrey T. Turner is relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville on November 17th.
Turner was convicted of second degree sexual assault in 2001.
While living in Janesville Turner is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, he’s not allowed to consume drugs or alcohol, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
