Janesville Mobilizing 4 Change spreads community awareness on a psychoactive substance found in the Cannabis sativa plant. Rock County Human Services Prevention and Community Engagement Coordinator, and prevention network member Becky Huber says it’s a webinar about Delta-8 THC. Huber says it includes information on what the substance is and what the health risks can be, based on FDA and CDC warnings. She says it’s sold in CBD stores and hemp shops, it can have psychoactive effects on people, and people have had adverse reactions from it. The video can be found on Youtube.
