Beloit police are investigating a shots-fired incident on the east side. Police were called to the 1800 block of Royce Avenue just before 7:00 p.m. Monday. Officers found shell casings in the street. No vehicles or buildings were found to be hit by the gunfire. No one has been reported injured.
