The 34-year-old Beloit woman accused of stabbing another woman last month waives her right to a preliminary hearing in Rock County Court.
Brittney M. Ford is charged with second degree recklessly endangering safety, substantial battery, and disorderly conduct.
Beloit Police say they responded to the intersection of Elm Street and Roosevelt Avenue shortly before 4:30 the morning of March 22nd. A 47-year-old woman had suffered a stab wound to the arm.
In court Monday Ford plead not guilty to the charges and was bound over for trial.
A jury trial is expected to be set for a future date.
