The Rock County Sheriff’s Office makes an arrest in connection with a hit and run accident that occurred almost a week ago.
According to a news release, deputies were dispatched to the two-vehicle crash on West Highway 14 near North County Highway F in Janesville Township shortly before 10:00 the morning of May 6th.
The victim’s vehicle was located in the ditch with heavy damage. A passenger was injured in the crash.
Deputies located the suspect vehicle Thursday morning at a home on the 1600 block of Winchester Place in Janesville.
After executing a search warrant on the home and vehicle, deputies arrested 33-year-old Jason Erdmann of Janesville on suspicion of first degree recklessly endangering safety and hit and run causing injury.
