Riverside Park in Janesville will be celebrating its 100th Anniversary in August.
President of the Friends of Riverside Park Bill Truman says they’re making some changes to traffic for this year’s celebration, eliminating through traffic through the park and patrons will park and enter or exit at the parking lots.
Truman credits volunteer help for the park’s turnaround, including a donor who is helping build a new gazebo at Lilac Circle.
The Riverside Park 100 year celebration is being held Saturday August 20th at the park grounds.
