Janesville fire fighters are investigating the second deck fire in a week on Morningside Drive. Firefighters were sent to the 2200 block about 6:30 Tuesday night. They were able to keep the fire contained to the outside of the duplex. Sunday a fire starting on a deck heavily damaged an apartment building in the 14-hundred block of Morningside Drive and displaced 20-people.
