Janesville Police turn to the public to find out more information about a driver they say caused a crash this week.
Sergeant Dean Sukus says officers were dispatched to the area of Humes and Kennedy Roads just before 11:00 Wednesday morning.
Sukus says the driver of the suspect vehicle cut off another vehicle and then slammed on his breaks. The second vehicle swerved and rolled over into the ditch, almost striking a pedestrian in a wheelchair.
Sukus says witnesses described the driver as a 50 to 60 year white man with a dog in the passenger seat.
The suspect vehicle is described as a blue or teal colored sedan.
