A 25-year-old Navy Recruiter from Machesney Park is under arrest, accused of having unwanted sexual contact with teenage girls from a local high school.
Janesville Police Detective Dan Schoonover says officers received an anonymous tip that came in through the Rock County Child Protective Services tip line.
Schoonover says Bryan M. Bradley-Hubbard would target juniors at a local high school, exchanging phone numbers and social media information with them.
Schoonover says eventually he formed an outside relationship with the girls and in some cases there was inappropriate sexual contact.
Hubbard is facing tentative charges of four counts of child enticement and three counts of sexual assault of a child.
The US Naval Criminal Investigative Service is also investigating Bradley-Hubbard, independent of the Janesville Police Department, however the two agencies are sharing information.
