The City of Janesville is working to get the word out about a road closure that could affect motorists for the next 10 days.
Glen Street from North Parker Drive to Cornelia Street is scheduled to be closed to through traffic beginning at 8:00 Wednesday morning and running through Friday, June 10th.
Local access to driveways will be maintained, however traffic will be restricted to local access only at the Glen Street intersections of Harding Street, Williams Street, and Sutherland Avenue.
The closure is necessary while a contractor working for the City of Janesville performs water system improvement work preceding pavement resurfacing planned for later this year.
