Local author to speak at Irvin L. Young Memorial Library

Joshua Kapfer, a Certified Wildlife Biologist and a professor in the department of biological sciences at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, will be at the Irvin L. Young Memorial Library on Tuesday, February 28 at 6:30 p.m. He will be talking about his new book, Amphibians and Reptiles of Wisconsin, and will be available to answer questions. 
The book was published by the University of Wisconsin Press. According to their description, Amphibians and Reptiles of Wisconsin is set to become a lasting resource and armchair companion for anyone in the Midwest interested in the state’s natural history and amphibian and reptile fauna.” The library has a copy of the book available for checkout.  
The presentation will be held in the library’s Community Room located at 431 W. Center Street in Whitewater.
