Rock County Sheriff’s making public aware of sex offender relocation

The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is making the public aware of a registered sex offender moving into the area.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Leaf Boulding will be relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville.
Boulding was convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child in Jackson County, Wisconsin in 2002.
While placed in Janesville, Boulding may not have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with victim, not to consume drugs, he must comply with standard sex offender rules, and cooperate with electronic monitoring.
