The top three vote-getters Tuesday night were Incumbents Theresa Rusch and Bill Wilson, and newcomer Sharla Walker.
Walker owns Sharla’s Coffee Shop in Milton.
The fourth candidate who did not get enough votes to secure a seat was Nancy Lader.
