For the second time in two weeks the Janesville Plan Commission will consider a new senior living facility.
Associate Planner Brian Schweigl says the Plan Commission will discuss approval of a conditional use permit for a 32 unit residential care apartment complex for the elderly on the 2800 block of Liberty Lane.
The Plan Commission will hold a public hearing before considering approval of the conditional use permit at their regular meeting at 6:30 Tuesday evening.
Just two weeks ago the Plan Commission approved a conditional use permit for a 119 unit senior living facility on East Racine Street.
