The Rock County Medical Examiners Office is releasing the name of the victim in a fatal traffic accident a week ago Sunday in Beloit. Police responded to the single vehicle crash on South Madison Road and Cleveland Street about 9:30 in the evening. The victim was the only occupant. Officers say it appears the driver was headed west when he ran off the road and through a businesses fence, hitting a pole, and rolling several times. The victim is identified as 22-year-old Nicholas J. Jones of South Beloit.
