A third man arrested in connection to multiple shooting events last week in Janesville appears in Rock County court.
36 year old David Baldwin appeared in front of Court Commissioner Jack Hoag Tuesday and was arrested earlier this week alongside Lawrence White, also of Janesville, who faces charges in relation to a retaliation shooting at Woodman’s in Janesville last week.
Prosecution says Baldwin was with White at the homicide attempt at the Woodman’s and is the one who setup the ambush to try and kill an individual in retaliation to another shooting event.
Commissioner Hoag set a cash bond of $10,000 for Baldwin, who faces a charge of possession of a firearm by an out of state felon.
Baldwin is due in court for an adjourned initial appearance Friday.
