There’s a 60 percent chance of snow showers Tuesday which means trick-or-treaters could be sharing the road with plow trucks.
Janesville Operations Director Maggie Darr says due to the uncertain nature of the forecast, they won’t be doing any pre-treating.
Darr says they never know when the first snow will be, so they start preparing during the summer.
