Rock County’s Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport Board is looking for community members who want to join.
Airport Director Greg Cullen says the board establishes airport minimum standards, monitors expenditures with budget oversight, recommends Capital improvements, and provides strategic guidance to him.
Cullen says idea member candidates should have a backgrounds with aviation, civil engineering, civil law, real estate, tourism, marketing, or other experience important for the growth of the airport.
Interested candidates have until January 2nd to apply for a spot on the board, and can do so by visiting the county’s website.
