Man on bail for child sex crimes accused of sexually harassing nurses

The 61-year-old Darien man who was charged in 2022 with soliciting juvenile females for sex at Palmer Park in Janesville is accused of sexually harassing medial staff at a local hospital while out on bail.
Russell Partlow’s new charges include lewd and lascivious behavior, knowingly violating a harassment restraining order, and felony bail jumping.
According to the criminal complaint, Beloit Memorial Hospital has a restraining order against Partlow because he has a history of masturbating around female staff. Partlow is not allowed at the hospital unless he is a patient, and was to refrain from lewd conduct.
On December 8th Partlow was a patient at the hospital when he was accused of exposing himself to a nurse and making sexually suggestive comments.
In June of 2022 Partlow was charged with two counts of soliciting a child for prostitution and two counts of child enticement.
He’s currently free on a $1000 signature bond.
