the city of Janesville’s General Motors Site Redevelopment Board officially started its work Thursday, City Manager Kevin Lahner promised them they have months of complex work ahead. But before Lahner took the 11-person panel for a tour of the 250-acre former GM site, Lahner told them he wants them to stop calling it the GM site.
