Raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, David Steinberg graduated from the University of Wisconsin and in 1969 migrated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. He began with a stint in public relations. Working today in the management and production field, he guides the careers of a list of clients which have included Robin Williams, Billy Crystal and others.
