In light of a third resolution by the Rock County Board to address human trafficking, we find that the county organization involved in prevention and awareness efforts was never consulted. We’ll talk with the Task Force director Carolyn Wyatt and Jamie Counsell, Forensic Nurse Examiner/Coordinator in Emergency Department Trauma Center about what is really needed to combat human trafficking.
