Milton Avenue, Beloit Avenue, Downtown and the former GM property are all areas in the midst of re-invention. Are you comfortable the city has good plans in place regarding each of those areas? If yes, please give us an overview including your areas of agreement or disagreement. If not, explain how you would go about putting development plans together to give the city and its residents a vision for the future.
