City of Beloit Interim Police Chief, Tom Stigler joins the program to discuss what’s happening in the city. Tammy DeGarmo, executive director, Project 16:49 joins the program. there are changes to the annual Lip Sync Battle that made up a big part of fundraising for the youth homeless services group. Tammy will discuss the challenges the group faces and how they’re taking mask wearing to a whole new and fun level.
