Today’s candidate forum features four of the five candidates for the Beloit City Council. Candidates participating are incumbents Markese Terrell, Kevin Day and Kevin Leavy along with new candidate Martin Densch. Mark Dutter did not reply to our invitations and did not participate in this forum.
