Janesville resident and artist Richard Lazcano will soon be unveiling a 1200 pound metal sculpture titled Gloria in the downtown area. Richard, Sue Burkart (Co-chair of ARISENow Art in Place in Alliance ) and Bob “Coach” Growney (United Alloy and Richard’s mentor) join the program this morning to discuss the project.
