First, some more open phone time. Then, June is National Internet Safety Month and conversations between parents and kids about appropriate device use are more important than ever. A recent U.S. Cellular survey revealed that 64% of parents admit to frequently monitoring their kid’s smartphone use, and 70% of families have rules about how to use the device. Not surprisingly, 39% of kids think those rules are too strict.
