FAVORITE “CELEBRITY” ENCOUNTER: I spent an entire flight from Phoenix to Milwaukee sitting next to Ne-Yo. Embarrassingly, I had no idea who he was. A dad and son sitting nearby did recognize him as a famous person and asked who he was. He told them and said he was in town to do the halftime show for the McDonald’s High School All-American basketball game. As such, it was March, and as we were taxiing to the gate at MKE, Ne-Yo asked me if that was snow outside the window. Unfortunately, I had to break the bad news that, yes, it most certainly was.
