Erick Williams with Community Action has a lot of experience helping destitute men become better parents. Williams has been leading fatherhood initiative classes in the Janesville and Beloit area for five-years. Williams says the goal is to help the men change their way of thinking and behaviors to become more self sufficient. Recently though he’s noticed the heroin addiction problem is reducing the number of suitable applicants for classes scheduled to start in two weeks.
